1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase of any paid plan. To request a refund, email us at hello@inboxbites.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Pro-Rated Annual Refunds

If you purchased an annual subscription and cancel after the 14-day window, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rated basis, calculated from the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) more than 14 days old.
  • Charges incurred before a plan downgrade takes effect.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.
